No Refunds

Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a product has been purchased and delivered.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in cases where:

• The product is completely non-functional

• A duplicate order was made in error

To be eligible for exception, the issue must be verified and not due to customer misunderstanding or lack of knowledge.
